Operations Executive - French Language

As a member of our team at Mespoir, you will be responsible for assisting French-speaking clients (patients) at our partner hospitals in Delhi/Gurgaon. Your role will involve handling inquiries received from patients while they are still in their home countries and sharing daily updates of clients with senior management. Please note that this is a hybrid position where you will be required to work 5-15 days a month in the hospital, while the remaining days will be work from home.
