Operations Executive - Dispatch

As a Data Evaluation & compiling specialist, you will be responsible for preparing daily and monthly reports related to production and fulfillments. Your role will involve handling floor execution for the daily dispatch plan, ensuring effective utilization of manpower and resources. You should have sound knowledge of dispatches, logistics, and RTV, along with hands-on experience with ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare daily and monthly reports for capacity versus utilization - Follow Dispatch TAT and ensure compliance with customer requirements - Oversee documentation at all levels to maintain accuracy and accountability Qualifications Required: - 1+ year of experience in Excel is required - 1+ year of experience in Dispatching is required In addition, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
