Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Executive to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, logistics, and team management, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce platform, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and technical teams to enhance the user experience.

Manage relationships with suppliers, shipping partners, and third-party vendors.

Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and logistics.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce management tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
