Requirement -

B.E /B.Tech with 5 -7 Years as Marketing & operation. ( Civil NDT Field Experience will be preferred)

• Experience with Structural audit / Condition Health Assessment / Civil NDT / Structural repairs.
• Communicate and interact with internal departments, survey station and external clients in a professional manner.
• Ability to plan, delegate and monitor business activities
• Exposure to NABL Lab, at least basic knowledge of ND Testing, Inspection & field activities. 5. Ensuring targeted Business and proposing business plans, identifying potential customers & strong follow up.
• Checking Online tender, Submitting on time, Maintaining department documents like Work orders, Work completions, other mandatory documents, Updating EMD / SD / Retention status periodically .
• Keeping track & attending upcoming exhibitions, Seminars, Training sessions, Business meets etc.
• Identifying the high potential clients, Preparing list / summary sector wise , Arranging visits, Strong follow up. Periodical visit to potential customers, their branches PAN India, other references from them etc. Any other tasks as set by the management to improve business of Civil NDT
