Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your day will involve ensuring seamless operations and timely service delivery, contributing to system enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Implement best practices for system maintenance and optimization.- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies.
