Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive maintenance and optimization of systems, ensuring that all operational standards are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of efficiency and reliability within the team. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance.- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
