Operations cum Labour Sourcing Executive

You will be joining a Seafood Processing, Manufacturing, and Export industry located at Gummidipoondi, Chennai. Your primary work location will be at the factory in Gummidipoondi, with the office situated in Anna Nagar. In this role: - You should have a strong background or interest in labour sourcing. - Building and maintaining relationships with labour contractors will be a key aspect of your role. - Your responsibilities will include overseeing the overall operations and management of labours. - Managing the admin and operations of both staff and labours will be a crucial part of your daily tasks. - Organizing hostel, transport, and food arrangements for staff and labours will be under your supervision. - Possessing a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role, and conveyance will be provided. - Shared accommodation and subsidized food will also be provided for you. Qualifications required: - Prior experience or interest in labour sourcing is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively. - Proficiency in Tamil language will be an advantage. - Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
