Key Responsibilities: Modern Trade Account Management: Handle and grow sales through MT key accounts like Reliance, Apollo, D-Mart, More, Spencers, Big Bazaar, etc. Ensure SKU availability, visibility, and placement in all modern trade outlets. Plan and execute monthly promotions and offers in collaboration with the marketing team. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive growth across assigned MT outlets and increase market share. Merchandising and Visibility: Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand visibility as per guidelines. Supervise and guide merchandisers across MT outlets. Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with store managers, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
