Job Description:

We are hiring Operations Associate to join our visa consultancy team! If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about assisting clients with visa applications, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in completing visa applications accurately.
• Verifying and collecting required documents.
• Communicating with clients to address their queries and concerns.
• Coordinating with relevant authorities for visa processing updates.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in visa consultancy or related fields is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Operations management: 1 year (Required)
