Operations Associate Principal

Role Overview: As a Senior Innovation Execution Leader at Evernorth Health Services, reporting to the Provider Solutions & Operations senior leadership team, your primary responsibility will be to drive innovation initiatives at the Hyderabad Innovation Hub (HIH) in India. Your role will involve collaborating with the India Global Service Partners (GSPs) to achieve significant operating expense reduction, quality improvement, and reduced administrative burden for constituencies. Your expertise in AI/Gen AI technologies will be crucial in executing innovation projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Drive strategic initiatives and programs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through relationships between HIH and GSPs. - Lead the innovation team in supporting ideation review of AI projects and developing scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. - Oversee the execution of innovation initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and security standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementing new ideas or products. - Develop metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives and provide recommendations for process improvements.
