Attend and assist walk-in customers with loan-related queries or documentation. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence at the branch. Mark daily attendance and log actual working hours for review and audit. Required Candidate profile 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or admin roles (preferably in BFSI, NBFC). Comfortable using mobile apps, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
