Job Title: Digital & IT Functional Operations Manager Role Overview: The Digital Operations Lead Digital & IT Functional Operations Manager is instrumental in leading all operational activities of the D&IT function including and not limited to orchestrating digital initiatives, optimizing operational workflows, and embedding automation across the function. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, leverages modern technologies, and proactively drives efficiency through AI and automation. Key roles and responsibilities: 1. Strategic Execution: • Develop actionable roadmaps and ensure delivery across digital transformation programs • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and track progress on strategic priorities and goals as established in the tactical business plan 2. Improve Daily Operations with Technology: • Use tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Teams, etc. to build smart workflows. • Spot manual and repetitive tasks and automate them using AI and low-code platforms. 3. Decision Support & Communication: • Prepare briefings, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making • Communicate effectively across teams for effective execution 4. Governance & Rhythm: • Organize important meetings and business reviews • Make sure action items are followed up on and executed in a time • Support and coordinate D&IT events and be responsible for office operations 5. Culture & Team Enablement: • Promote a culture where innovation, learning, and improvement are encouraged • Help with onboarding new hires and make sure team members stay informed and connected • Lead and manage internal and external communications for effective team collaboration Experience and Skills • 59 years in digital transformation and operations • Familiar with AI, automation tools, Microsoft 365, and data analysis • Bias for action, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset • Ability to operate independently and influence Nice-To-Have Extras: • Hands on with low-code-no-code platforms and automation platforms • Familiar with cybersecurity, data handling, and how to manage program risks • Experience working in global teams or large organizations
