Summary of essential job functions Responsible for improving and sustaining the quality of the transactions for the process Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to create action plans for improving the quality of transactions/quality scores for the process Perform assigned tasks based on standardized policies and procedures for the process Prioritizing and executing tasks as per the committed timelines (Client and Internal) Job Responsibilities Analyse transactions with detailed documentation of the observations and report Report non-compliance to standardized policies and procedures Coach the advisor groups to improve their transactions' quality Participate in transaction calibration sessions (Client and Internal) and ensure the variance is maintained at the accepted level Apply analytical and problem solving skills to improve the quality of transactions Identify and recommend training opportunities for the Program and report Ensure prescribed escalation procedures are followed for any anomalies observed Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) Education Qualification Graduates & above, Work Experience 2 years of work experience in transaction quality Certification / Trainings if any Basic knowledge on quality control tools Hiring Competencies: Technical Competency Ideal Hiring Competencies Excel Skills Should be able to execute basic Excel calculations with minimal errors and aware of short keys Analytical Skills Makes decisions based on risk analysis. Product Knowledge Up to date with Product Knowledge & regular updates Identification of Root Cause Eye for detail and should be able to identify the root cause of an issue. Feedback and Coaching Ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks Behavioral Competency Ideal Hiring Competencies Result orientation Able to work with available resources and attain at the required result.
