You will be responsible for assisting in managing production, packing, and dispatch activities. Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards will also be a part of your role. It is expected that you will implement and maintain 5S practices to keep the workplace organized and support process improvement initiatives through Kaizen principles. You will be coordinating inventory handling, stock management, and material flow while assisting in managing outbound logistics and ensuring timely deliveries. Collaboration with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams to support operations will be essential. Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational protocols is a key requirement. You are required to have a minimum 3-year diploma or any graduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Freshers or individuals with 01 year experience in warehouse, dark stores, packing operations, production, or logistics operations are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of quality control, 5S, and Kaizen practices is expected. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills will be beneficial, along with a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently when required. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude are highly valued. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time. The work location is in person.,
