Would you like to be a part of the adventure We have an opportunity for the position of Product Manager at L'Oral Dermatological Beauty Division for L'Oral India and will report to the Assistant General Manager, Marketing of L'Oral Dermatological Beauty Division. In this individual contributor role, you will orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products using your own product, market, and consumer expertise to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship, primarily for one of the LDB Brands. You should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in operational marketing, product development, and digital marketing. Prior experience in the Beauty/FMCG sector will be advantageous. The location of the job will be Mumbai. Responsibilities: - Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products, and animate core catalogue. - Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences. - Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale). - Analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management. - Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy and meet deadlines. - Make recommendations to management on the category based on your expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.). - Manage budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy. - Be the brand guardian, guarantee the brand identity, and ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand. - Implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and ensure the proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.). Professional and Technical Competencies: - MARKET & CONSUMER INSIGHT: Identifies market drivers and translates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights. - BRAND DEVELOPMENT: Thinks brand strategy, imagines disruptive products & services, develops integrated campaigns that work, and integrates retail & shopper expertise. - ACTIVATION EXCELLENCE: Delivers excellence with agility and rigor and integrates sustainable business consciousness. - COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP: Creates collaboration for bigger success and shares & leverages best practices.
