Duties/Responsibilities: Assisting HR Vertical Head in developing dashboards and analytics on HR function Participate and assist in HR analysis activities to gather reporting and dashboard requirements Keeping the employee database updated Advertising various positions on the careers portal Screening CVs received against the positions Maintaining Hiring Tracker for each position. Scheduling Interviews as per the shortlist Ensuring candidates connect with panel smoothly Actively involved in hiring process and following the guidelines of the company through the entire process Providing the employees Data as and when required Preparing off boarding & On boarding data of employees Preparing data points for monthly dashboard of employees Keeping track of performance appraisals/completion status Assisting HRBP in end to end employee life cycle touchpoints with preparing and handling documents, data, Initiation or closure. Required Skills/Abilities: At least 2 year of experience in HR and recruitment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams. Proficient in MS Excel. Should be good in data handling and reports presentation. Should have soft skills and work to be completed as per TAT Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work as a team and work under pressure. Immediate joiner would be preferred.

We're looking for an SAP BRIM SOM Professional with 8+ years of total experience, including 7-15 years specifically in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM). Mandatory experience in SAP Subscription Billing (SOM) is required. The ideal candidate will have led at least three end-to-end BRIM implementations and possess a strong understanding of the entire solution, from business blueprinting to deployment. Key Responsibilities: SAP BRIM Implementation Leadership: Lead and participate in at least 3 end-to-end implementations within the SAP BRIM solution area. Drive activities spanning business blueprinting, requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing . Manage client handoff and ensure successful solution deployment. Consulting & Solution Delivery: Deliver BRIM-related consulting project activities, from initial business requirements gathering through to final project deployment across medium to long-term engagements. Provide ongoing operational, maintenance, and enhancement support for existing production customers, focusing on Business Process Operational activities. Configuration & Customization Expertise: Demonstrate strong working knowledge in Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) . Possess end-to-end configuration and customization knowledge in key areas including: SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for provider contracts. Convergent Charging (CC) . Convergent Invoicing (CI) , covering billable item management, consumption item management, billing processes, invoicing processes, billing plans, re-rating, reversals, partner settlement, master agreements, and complex discounting at the invoice level. Industry & Integration Knowledge: Bring experience working in the Subscription area across various industries. Understand key integration points within the BRIM landscape. Desired Skills (Added Advantages): Knowledge of SAP Convergent Mediation . Experience with SAP Entitlement Management . Familiarity with SAP Contract Lifecycle Management . SAP BRIM certification is preferred. Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 8+ years. Relevant Years of Experience: 7-15 years in SAP BRIM. Mandatory Skills: SAP BRIM SOM (Subscription Order Management is mandatory). Additional Information: Approx. Vendor Billing Rate (excluding service tax): INR 12,000 per day.
