About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Theatre (OT) In Charge to join our team in Trivandrum. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all OTs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of all Operation Theatres (OTs)
• Allocate duties and manage OT schedules efficiently
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Coordinate effectively between surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams
• Maintain inventory of surgical instruments and supplies

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/GNM Nursing qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of OT protocols, equipment, and surgical procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
