The role of Lead/Senior Manager SAP PPQM based in Sector 62, Noida is a full-time permanent position. As a Consultant in this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day tasks related to SAP PPQM. You will be tasked with providing effective solutions to production planning and quality management issues, while also ensuring system optimization and seamless integration with other modules within the organization. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of various aspects of PP Master data, including Material master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Center and Routing management. Additionally, knowledge in Change numbers, Relevant notifications, Approved Manufacturing Part List (AMPC), CIS/CIR (Classification Info Records/Classification Info System), Engineering Change Management, and hands-on experience with C-folders (Portal related applications) is crucial. Preferred expertise in Sales and Operation Plan, Constant & Flexible planning, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Capacity Planning is highly advantageous. A comprehensive understanding of the SAP Production Planning (PP) module is essential for this role, along with experience in PP customization. Proficiency in Master Data, Planning strategies, MRP, and Shop Floor Management is required. Experience with Batch management, Serial numbers in the supply chain area, and Master data management in QM, including Execution, MRP, Serialized Manufacturing, Batch Management, are key areas of expertise expected from the candidate. Moreover, the successful candidate should be able to create Functional Specifications for Enhancements/Developments/Custom reports, as well as all WRICEF objects. Proficiency in developing Process Documents, Design Documents, Business Process Procedures, presentations, workshop materials for FS, blueprints, and Test documentation is essential for this role.,
