Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations for domestic and international tour packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local partners.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and confirmations.
• Ensure smooth execution of client itineraries.
• Resolve client queries and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, vouchers, and travel documents.
• Assist in preparing travel itineraries and quotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
