Operation Analyst Internship

You will be part of the operations team for a backend/operations analyst role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with customer KYC and operations management: - Collecting, verifying, and maintaining customer identity documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations - Conducting fraud analysis and detection: - Examining transaction data for patterns, anomalies, and suspicious activities, and preparing reports for the risk and compliance team - Providing email support for customer queries: - Responding professionally to questions or issues, coordinating with other teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels Octro Incorporation is India's fastest-growing mobile gaming company, with a team that has recently grown to over 60 members.
