Operation Analyst Internship

We are looking to add individuals to our operations team for the following profile. This is a backend/operations analyst role that necessitates proficiency in MS Word, Excel, English written communication, and strong internet skills. Your day-to-day responsibilities as a selected intern will involve: - Assisting with customer KYC and operations management, including collecting, verifying, and maintaining customer identity documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations. - Conducting fraud analysis and detection by scrutinizing transaction data for patterns, anomalies, and suspicious activities, and preparing reports for the risk and compliance team. - Providing email support for customer queries, responding professionally to questions or issues, coordinating with other teams, and upholding high customer satisfaction levels.
