You must be capable of conducting thorough inspections of lifting equipment and have a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication are key attributes for success in this position. You should also be able to work collaboratively and follow instructions from site supervisors. A relevant certification or license for crane operation is mandatory for this role. Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
