Post – Lead QA We’re Hiring – Lead QA (6–10 Years Experience) Location: Onsite, Bangalore Contract Duration: 6 Months (extendable based on performance) Immediate Joiners Preferred (we can wait max 1 week) We are looking for an experienced Lead QA to drive testing strategy, mentor teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality products. Key Skills & Experience (6–10 Years): Strong expertise in manual and automation testing Hands-on experience with Selenium, PyTest, or similar frameworks Proficiency in API testing (Postman/Swagger/REST APIs) Strong knowledge of SQL for DB validations Experience with CI/CD pipelines and QA integration Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Leadership skills – ability to mentor, guide, and manage QA teams Strong problem-solving, debugging, and reporting skills Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
