Manage and maintain SAP BW/BI and BPC platform operations, including security authorizations, process chain troubleshooting, solution deployment, and environment stability. Administer Business Objects platform: handle installation, upgrades, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Maintain and support a multi-tier Tableau infrastructure: monitor server health, manage upgrades and releases, troubleshoot data connectivity, and implement new features. Administer and support Alteryx Servers in Windows environments: perform installations, upgrades, migrations, job scheduling, and monitor performance using best practices. Support DEV to PROD activities to support Alteryx Designer and Tableau; work with MongoDB when necessary to support backend functionality. Maintain technical documentation for SAP system configurations, platform standards, SOPs, and deployment guides. Participate in performance tuning and system optimization initiatives across SAP and BI platforms. Provide effective support for technical project activities, including sandbox provisioning, cutover planning, and infrastructure setup. Respond to incidents and service requests using ticketing systems, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs. Experience with OpenText products (e.g., Document management, Content Server, Archive Server and ECM) Experience with SAP HANA Security – Manage user and role administration within SAP HANA. Configure and monitor Redwood-based batch jobs across SAP modules (FI, MM, SD), improving scheduling efficiency and system uptime. Design, implement, and test disaster recovery (DR) strategies to ensure business continuity. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SAP system configurations, processes, and procedures. Perform root-cause analysis for problem tickets and implement preventive measures. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Assume additional technical responsibilities and provide backup support as needed. Minimum Job Requirements A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, with exposure to SAP ECC and other core components such as BW, BPC, or PI. Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Linux, as well as basic knowledge of database platforms such as HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server, is expected. Experience with SAP cloud solutions (such as SAP BTP, AWS, or Azure) and tools like Solution Manager is a plus. A solid understanding of SAP system architecture, transport management, and system monitoring is important. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a global, cross-functional team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. SAP Basis certification or ITIL Foundation certification is preferred but not required.
