As an experienced professional in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing document composition solutions using OpenText Exstream. - Analyzing business and client requirements to create efficient and scalable solutions. - Implementing, testing, and deploying Exstream applications to meet performance and quality standards. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Exstream templates, workflows, and integrations. - Collaborating with business analysts, QA, and project managers to ensure successful delivery. - Optimizing existing Exstream templates and processes for improved efficiency. - Maintaining technical documentation including design specifications, flow diagrams, and user guides. - Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to development best practices. - Supporting production deployments and handling post-deployment maintenance. - Staying updated with the latest OpenText Exstream features and industry best practices. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have the following skills and qualifications: - Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (Design Manager, Communications Server, Empower, or related modules). - Proficiency in designing templates, business rules, and workflows within Exstream. - Experience integrating Exstream with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or databases). - Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and related technologies. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
