As a OpenText Exstream Developer at Digital Business People, you will be a crucial part of our team in India, supporting international clients for Customer Communication Management (CCM) projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering requirements and specifications from clients, translating them into detailed system requirements. - Contributing to project estimations by providing accurate information on work requirements. - Building efficient programs/systems to assist clients in their digital transformation journey. - Applying design principles and architectural fundamentals. - Translating functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements. - Designing and coding complex programs. - Writing test cases and scenarios based on specifications. - Demonstrating a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends. - Utilizing logical thinking and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with the team. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of diploma in IT or Software Engineering. - 3-5 years of experience working on OpenText Exstream/CCM Domain. - Good communication skills. - Experience with Live Editor/Empower Editor, Exstream Dialogue, Command Center. - Experience in writing batch jobs and Exstream upgrades. - Knowledge of sorting and bundling processes, automated archiving and indexing. - Preferably OpenText Exstream Technical Certified. - Ability to debug print, email, dynamic content, and responsive design challenges. - Proficiency in providing accurate time, resource, and dependency estimates for Exstream projects. - Familiarity with architecting pub files, creating variables, mapping them to data files, Exstream template creation, and document applications. - Support experience with version upgrades on existing OpenText Dialogue applications. - Knowledge of Linux/UNIX/Window OS, C#, .Net, Python, scripting languages, and database technologies.
