Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Captiva / Intelligent Capture, specializing in enterprise-level document processing and automation, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrating expertise in Captiva 16.x upgrades and successful deployment of Intelligent Capture 20.x and 25.x in complex environments. - Utilizing in-depth knowledge of core Captiva components including Modules Designer, Administrator, ScanPlus, and Web Client. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, VB, and RESTful APIs for developing custom modules and integrating capture solutions with third-party systems. - Working with SQL Server and Oracle databases for metadata management, routing logic, and backend optimization. - Having a strong grasp of document imaging technologies, high-volume scanning tools, and batch processing workflows. - Designing and implementing new or migrated workflows using Capture Flow Designer, including template creation and optimization. - Configuring and fine-tuning Advanced Recognition, Dispatcher, OCR/ICR, and Export Engines to enhance data accuracy and throughput. In addition, you will be expected to possess the following qualifications: - Over 5 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Captiva / Intelligent Capture. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, VB, and RESTful APIs. - Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases. - Strong grasp of document imaging technologies. - Previous experience in designing and implementing workflows using Capture Flow Designer.
