Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Captiva / Intelligent Capture, specializing in enterprise-level document processing and automation, you have demonstrated expertise in Captiva 16.x upgrades and successful deployment of Intelligent Capture 20.x and 25.x in complex environments. Your in-depth knowledge of core Captiva components including Modules Designer, Administrator, ScanPlus, and Web Client sets you apart. Additionally, your proficiency in C#, .NET, VB, and RESTful APIs for developing custom modules and integrating capture solutions with third-party systems showcases your technical skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement new or migrated workflows using Capture Flow Designer, including template creation and optimization. - Configure and fine-tune Advanced Recognition, Dispatcher, OCR/ICR, and Export Engines to enhance data accuracy and throughput. - Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases for metadata management, routing logic, and backend optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of capture solutions with existing systems. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve document processing workflows and automation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Over 5 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Captiva / Intelligent Capture. - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, VB, and RESTful APIs. - Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
