Role Overview: As an experienced cloud infrastructure specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career in a collaborative and inspiring environment. You will be responsible for deploying and managing OpenStack services, networking, storage, and user/project configurations. Additionally, you will utilize your skills in Red Hat OpenShift cluster management, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipeline integration. Your expertise in scripting for automation and monitoring tasks, as well as your knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management, will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and manage OpenStack services, networking, storage, and user/project configurations - Utilize Red Hat OpenShift cluster management for container orchestration - Integrate CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes - Develop and implement scripts in Bash/Python for automation and monitoring tasks - Follow ITIL processes and effectively manage incidents using BMC Remedy - Provide strong documentation, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination support Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in system administration and cloud infrastructure - Hands-on experience with OpenStack, Red Hat OpenShift, and UNIX/Linux environments - Proficiency in cloud computing, container orchestration, and CI/CD integration - Familiarity with BMC Remedy or similar ticketing tools - Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a strong heritage of over 55 years.
