The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux administration, coupled with a solid background in networking. This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing containerized platforms and ensuring robust network infrastructure within cloud environments. Mandatory Skills: Red Hat OpenShift 4.x: Strong experience in building new OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4.x in data centers, including upgrades, patching, and onboarding new applications. Red Hat Linux Administration: Proficient in Linux administration. Containerization & Orchestration: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes . Job Summary The Performance Test Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance test strategies to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of applications. This role requires hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, strong scripting skills, deep analytical abilities, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and eliminate system bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities Analyze system performance requirements and define testing objectives. Develop performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, or BlazeMeter . Identify and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including response time, throughput, and resource utilization. Simulate realistic user load, traffic, and system conditions to evaluate system behavior under various scenarios. Execute a variety of performance testing types: Load Testing Stress Testing Endurance Testing Volume Testing Scalability Testing Monitor applications and infrastructure using APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Splunk . Collect, analyze, and interpret performance test data to identify performance issues and root causes. Generate comprehensive reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
