Openings For Accounts Payable - Healthcare

Greetings from Access healthcare , Access Healthcare is hiring qualified professionals to join our Finance and Accounting services delivery team, to strengthen our domain expertise and to drive continuous improvement in the quality and reliability of our outsourcing service capabilities.

Experience: 3 -6 years

Notice period: Immediate

Timing: U.S Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM cab facility will be provided by the company for pick up/ drop.

Location: Ambattur Estate, Chennai

Experience:

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Healthcare Accounts Payable processes.

Invoice Processing:

Handling invoices from Providers (Doctors, Physicians, Hospitals) and Copy Services based on Chart (Patient Count) data.

Familiarity with Outreach Project ID validation using approval spreadsheets and updating CF notes (Approved/Not Approved).

Understanding of workflows when approval details are missing, including Project Workbench, TO GO Charts, etc.

Approval Process:

Experience in PNP creation and PNP release note procedures.

Ability to coordinate with vendors or points of contact to obtain necessary approvals.

Payment Acuracy:

Careful review of cancelled, rejected, or previously paid charts to prevent duplicate or incorrect payments.

Communication & Coordination:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in handling client and vendor calls professionally.

Technical Proficiency:

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Familiarity with Fax processing and IMS (Invoice Management System) payments.

Experience with VPA (Credit Card reconciliation in IMS & Jenkins).

Additional Responsibilities:

Vendor setup including W9 form requests.

Efficient handling of email queries and follow-ups.
