Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and communicative professionals to support our US-based client projects. As a Voice Process Executive, you will interact with customers from the United States, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls with US customers.
• Address queries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information.
• Maintain accurate call logs and documentation.
• Meet performance targets for quality and productivity.
• Adhere to company policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (supporting US timings).
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in a US voice process/BPO environment is required
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work from the iMerit Vizag office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
