Opening for Operations Executive with an activations/ event marketing agency in Bangalore

Greetings from HRC Global Services! We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Executive with a reputed activations/event marketing agency in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing on-ground event activations and fabrication setups according to project timelines and standards. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with vendors, suppliers, and local partners for smooth coordination and delivery, conducting recce and site assessments, planning logistics and deployment effectively, supervising on-ground teams to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and brand guidelines, ensuring timely material dispatch, fabrication readiness, and on-site execution, as well as maintaining project documentation, reporting, and post-event closure. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in on-ground activations and fabrication. Strong operational, execution, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A willingness to travel extensively and work in flexible shifts, including weekends, is mandatory. Optional skills that would be advantageous for this position include being proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, possessing knowledge of the local vendor and fabricator network, and the ability to multitask under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
