Role & responsibilities

Client care: Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, concerns, and goals. Design personalized massage sessions based on individual needs, perform various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal), and adjust techniques as requested during the session.
Customer service: Greet clients warmly, create a welcoming and comfortable environment, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Client education: Explain the benefits of different massage services and wellness programs.
Provide clients with guidance on remedial exercises, proper posture, and home care.
Operational tasks: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas. Properly sanitize equipment after each use.
Record keeping: Accurately and confidentially document client sessions, progress notes, and personal information.
Professional development: Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Product promotion: Suggest and promote retail products and additional wellness services to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - 3 - 5 years

Qualification - Diploma in holistic spa therapy / Diploma in Ayurcare / Diploma in Ayurveda nursing & panchakarma.
