Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Test Planning : Develop Test Strategy, Revise/Update Test Estimates and Develop Test Plan

• Conduct reviews of the Test Plan with BA, Dev, PM, and other project stakeholders

• Maintain a RAID Log which outlines testing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

• Reviews the QA test cases and provide tester feedback accordingly

• Monitor and track test activities, test deliverables, test results and communicate risks/issues on a daily/weekly basis

• Conduct daily/weekly defect review meetings with the entire project team

• Assess if proposed remediation efforts are acceptable as per quality standards

• Responsible for Test Closure : Develop a Test Summary Report and Test Metrics

• Responsible for Test Scope Analysis : Review the business requirements and solutions design documents

• Responsible for Test Design

• Develop detailed test cases for all manual and/or automated test execution

• Prepare/create required test data inclusive of positive and negative test scenarios

• Upload all test cases and maintain the execution status updates in ALM

• Responsible for Test Execution

• Replicate production defects in QA prior to remediated code being implemented

• Execute manual and/or automated test scripts and analyze results

• Responsible for Defect Tracking

• Log all issues and observations as a defect in the defect tracking tool (ALM)

• Capture screenshots and/or recordings to summarize the defect

• As needed, review developers remediation analysis/approach to assess if resolution aligns to quality standards and/or business needs

• Responsible for Test Results

• Ensure ALM test execution is updated accurately

• Document test results for all test execution and provide screenshots, query results, input/output files and log files as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in Manual Testing in a Corporate IT environment and Agile Methodology

• Experience in Micro Focus ALM

• UiPath/Blue Prism test experience a plus

• Experience as a test automation developer a plus
