Open edX Developer


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Open edX (LMS & CMS)
  • Configure Open edX themes, plugins, and extensions
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services
  • Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature enhancements


Required Skills
  • Strong experience with

    Open edX platform

  • Proficiency in

    Python, Django

  • Experience with

    MySQL/PostgreSQL

  • Knowledge of

    REST APIs

  • Experience with

    AWS / Cloud environments

  • Familiarity with

    Docker & DevOps practices

  • Strong problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Open edX version upgrades
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior experience in EdTech projects
