As the AVP-AI/ML Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative AI/ML solutions that cater to the specific business requirements and challenges faced by our clients. This will involve successfully managing project delivery, including data pre-processing, model training and evaluation, and parameter tuning, while ensuring stakeholder and customer expectations are met. You will be responsible for project blue printing, project documentation, and creating detailed project plans. It will also be crucial for you to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in the areas of NLP/NLU applications across various industries such as CPG and Finance. In this role, you will need to conceptualize, design, build, and implement solution algorithms within specified timelines. You will collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, as well as develop effective analytics and text mining strategies. Working closely with digital development teams, you will integrate and optimize algorithms to create production-ready applications. Additionally, conducting applied research on diverse text analytics and machine learning projects, filing patents, and publishing papers will be part of your responsibilities. Preferred qualifications and skills for this role include expert knowledge in NLP, NLU, and various machine learning and deep learning methods. Proficiency in tools such as OpenNLP, OpenCalais, StanfordNLP, GATE, UIMA, Lucene, and NoSQL is essential. Experience in UI development for text mining insights visualization using platforms like Adobe Flex Builder, HTML5, and CSS3 is advantageous. Furthermore, familiarity with operating systems like Linux and Windows, GPU experience, and proficiency in distributed computing tools like Spark and Scala are desired. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, Torch, and Theano will be beneficial in executing your responsibilities effectively.,
