We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Test Engineer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our team. Your expertise with AI tools, Large Language Models, Computer Vision Models, and Generative AI Techniques will be essential in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for evaluating AI/ML model performance. - Conducting evaluations of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using innovative methodologies. - Assessing the quality of retrieved information and detecting potential issues in RAG systems. - Evaluating the performance of computer vision models using relevant metrics. - Architecting and implementing robust evaluation frameworks and metrics for assessing AI model performance. - Developing custom evaluation scripts and tools using Python and relevant AI/ML libraries. - Implementing Generative AI-driven solutions to enhance testing processes. - Designing and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline testing of AI-powered features. - Integrating AI-driven test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. - 3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer with a focus on testing AI/ML models. - Hands-on experience evaluating Large Language Models, RAG systems, and computer vision models. - Strong background in designing evaluation frameworks for AI model performance. - Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries for test script development. - Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD implementation. - Knowledge of test and defect management tools. - Familiarity with Agile development environments. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML or software testing.
