Job description Job Title: Java CMS Developer Location: Noida - 63 Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 5 Years. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java CMS Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining content management systems using Java-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMS platforms, Java frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns, and will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performance digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain CMS-based web applications using Java. Customize and extend CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Magnolia, Open CMS, or similar. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content creators, and backend developers to implement new features and improve user experience. Integrate CMS with third-party APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation efforts. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments. Stay current with emerging CMS tools and Java technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Java development. Proven expertise with at least one enterprise-level CMS (e.g., AEM, Magnolia, Open CMS, Liferay). Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and RESTful web services. Experience with JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end libraries. Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control systems (Git). Experience in deploying and managing CMS applications in cloud or on-prem environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is a strong plus. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Experience with headless CMS or decoupled CMS architecture. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
