We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Deputy Branch Manager . The role will involve managing branch operations, driving business targets, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the Branch Manager in overall branch management. Key Responsibilities Drive branch business growth across CASA, retail loans, insurance, and investment products. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective cross-selling and customer engagement. Ensure smooth branch operations, compliance with regulatory & audit norms, and risk management. Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals. Deliver superior customer experience and manage high-value client relationships. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration preferred). 3-7 years of experience in retail banking / branch banking , with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of banking products, operations, compliance, and risk management. Proven track record of meeting sales and business targets.
