Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and digital channels. Handle client inquiries and suggest suitable property options. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits across Noida, Greater Noida & Yamuna Expressway projects. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and closures (CRM/Excel). Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects & pricing. Represent OPAL HOMZ with professionalism, pleasing personality, and good grooming. Eligibility & Skills Required: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) with reputed university/college. Freshers with confidence, good communication skills, and pleasing personality are welcome. Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Own vehicle (bike or car) with valid driving license – mandatory. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and travel across projects in Noida, Greater Noida & Yamuna Expressway.
