Job Description
TELEPHONE HANDLING
ü Attending and answering the calls, responding immediately
ü Fixing consultant appointment for the patients
CASH MAINTENANCE
ü Updating the patients details in the HMS and Collecting the cash from the patients through cash or card payment
ü Providing the receipt to the patients
ü Carefully handling the cash without missing
ü Handing over the cash to the superior at the end of the work
HANDING OVER
ü Proper Handing over to the other staff before leaving
ü Performing all works in absence of other co worker
REGISTER MAINTENANCE
ü Maintaining the handing over note
ü Maintaining the daily attendance
ü Maintaining the patients details file
ü Maintaining the bills
Qualification
1. 12th with computer science
2. Any degree with computer science
3. Typing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
