With our brand-new facility ready to scale innovation, we are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to lead Formulation R&D and Production Management. 🔹 Role: Food Technologist & Production Manager 🔹 Location: Surat, Gujarat 🔹 Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize formulations for protein bars and chocolate confectionery. Lead new product development (NPD) from concept to launch. Manage production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and scale operations. Requirements: Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field. Experience in product formulation and R&D (confectionery / protein snacks preferred). Strong knowledge of food safety and production standards.
