As an experienced SAP ABAP Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading and participating in various development activities related to SAP ABAP. With a minimum of 9-10 years of SAP experience, including a strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (specifically version 2021), you will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementations and supporting projects. Your expertise will be demonstrated through your hands-on experience in developing Reports, RFCs, Forms, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS ABAP), Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPI), Enhancements, Business Add-Ins (BADI), User Exits, Customer Exits, and Data Conversions (BDC, LSMW, IDOCs, ALE & Workflows). You will also need to apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) methodology and ABAP New Syntaxes effectively. In addition to your technical skills, your role will require proficiency in Performance Tuning, Testing, and Debugging. You will be involved in determining or validating development effort estimates, reviewing Technical Specification Designs, and collaborating effectively with Business, Functional, and Technical Teams. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms within a technical context will be essential for successful project delivery. You should also showcase excellent analytical skills to provide alternative solutions to technical challenges.
