Role Snapshot: Senior Business Partner Sales will be held accountable for promoting advertising revenue for BIG OOH inventory, generating advertising revenue from it, and managing the delivery and execution of BIG OOH integrated media plan for leading Brands and Agencies of UP and other nearby emerging markets. Additionally, he is expected to collaborate with the BIG FM team for integrated sales, including building and maintaining agency and client relationships, growing business opportunities, and handling client presentations, proposals, work orders, services, and budgeting. Roles & Responsibilities: Intake, Ideation, and Planning: Should have thorough knowledge of the OOH landscape of the specified geographical region Should have the smartness and presence of mind to provide on-the-spot solutions to the business owners / Marketing heads objections and concerns, as well as to be able to pivot from a prepped position based on the conversation Establish and grow relationships with new and niche Clients and agencies to expand our reach. Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for our clients. Maintain strong relationships with our existing partner to understand how we can help them grow while also knowing which product offers and price best fit their model. Generate new business leads and build relationships. Significant interaction with clients, both face-to-face, online and over the telephone. Identify business opportunities through research of a specific industry or market. Understand customers business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those needs. Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible. Ensuring high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of brand specifications. Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets. Able to take responsibility and work on a flexible basis. Maintain all sales activities & dashboard Client Servicing: On time revert to the clients on briefs/proposals. Post evaluations for all campaigns. Objection handling. Trade Marketing activities to be suggested to enhance revenue optimization. Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies. Interdepartment Co-ordination: Work closely with the BIG FM and BIG LIVE teams for BIG solutions through creative ideas for the clients and agencies Ensure sales entitlements are as per the company guidelines Seek assistance from marketing and content planning teams for key client pitches Required Qualifications and Skills: MBA or a Postgraduate; Minimum 12 year's work experience is mandatory in advertising sales, preferably OOH. A combination of OOH with TV or Radio will qualify. Strong industry and network with proven track record in revenue generation and maximization. Collaborative high ownership mindset with strategic vision for growth and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, attention to detail, creative Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive, growth-focused environment. Set the highest ethical and professional standards Comfortable with change Should have thorough knowledge of the OOH landscape of the specified geographical region.
