Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor campaigns to maintain fresh, effective design thinking. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. 24 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency or similar creative environment. Strong portfolio showcasing mainline advertising work across print and OOH formats. Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and print production processes. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
