As a Creative Editor you will be part of a growing team that is looking to expand its customer base in India, US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand markets, and are constantly creating a slew of applications and products to service the Professional Photography market. Through extensive training courses in tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop we guide our editors to curate, colour correct and grade images for clients around the world. Prerequisites and Preferred Qualification 1. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to lead into direct customer contact for technical edit specifications (after probation and training) 2. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience of working in this field will be highly preferred (However, Freshers, if found fit to be trained and with high sense of discipline, will be considered) 3. Knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom is a plus. 4. Undergraduates/Graduates/ Diploma holders Expected Qualities 1. Ability to work independently 2. Your expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and After Effects will be essential for creating deep & meaningful narratives across a variety of genres, including weddings, events, maternity, and family videography. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about bringing true emotion to life with audio and visual media and creating lasting memories for clients. Key Responsibilities: Understand a client&aposs storytelling preference in terms of visual aesthetic & sound design. Ability to build an engaging narrative in line with the client&aposs preferences Cut, Assemble, Edit, & Color grade videos in Adobe Premiere Pro. Use advanced effects in After Effects/Davinci Resolve (if required) to create professional-grade transitions & animations. Have a good understanding of Music Genres to effectively identify and assign background scores that suit the mood of a video and enhance emotional engagement for the viewer. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure alignment on Creative Vision, Aesthetic Style, and Project Objectives.
