You should have 8 to 10 years of experience in database management. This role is based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. As a Database Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead a team of professional DBAs and developers to ensure the integrity and scalability of the database. Your tasks will include managing the team to design and develop database systems, providing guidance on database structures and features, designing reports for management, creating standard procedures to enhance scalability and performance, troubleshooting complex database issues, maintaining disaster recovery procedures, supervising database installations, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring the database meets business requirements, preparing reports on scalability and capacity planning, identifying and resolving performance and capacity issues, overseeing daily activities of the team, developing best practices for efficiency, conducting training programs for staff, and performing regular audits to ensure data integrity and quality. To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to understand business needs, strong leadership skills, knowledge of SQL, relational database management systems, object-oriented database management systems, and XML database management systems, experience with database software and web applications, familiarity with No-SQL concepts, and up-to-date knowledge of technology.,
