As a SAP PLM Functional Consultant with 6+ years of relevant experience, you play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP PLM solutions for businesses. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements related to product lifecycle management, designing SAP PLM solutions, configuring SAP PLM modules, implementing customizations or enhancements, ensuring integration with other SAP modules and external systems, conducting thorough testing, providing user training, offering go-live support, documenting solution design and configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and showcasing expertise in Core ABAP, OOABAP, Webdynpro/FPM, Workflow, Adobe form, CDS, AMDP, BOPF, OODATA, and Fiori. You are expected to understand gaps in standard solutions, propose suitable workarounds or technical solutions, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and have exposure to Application Management Support processes. Additionally, expertise in customizing and delivering technical specifications for enhancements of SAP PLM solution mainly on PLM Web UI/ABAP, familiarity with SAP PLM 7, 02 or S/4HANA RD, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, onsite working experience in the CPG industry, and team management skills are desirable.
