Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives. Drive business growth through regular engagement with OEMs, EMS companies, and key B2B customers. Ensuring sales targets, inventory levels, and payment terms are met. Identify new market segments and business opportunities within the electronics ecosystem. Work closely with product management and marketing teams to align product offerings and promotional activities with market demand. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and credit control procedures. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the electronics distribution industry (components, semiconductors, industrial electronics). Strong technical understanding of electronic products and components in Wireless, Power Supplies & Micro-controller lines Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
